About Ramen: 

Ippudo's original taste, which has been passed down from the time of its establishment to the present day. The rich, aromatic, and silky broth is made by extracting the maximum amount of tonkotsu flavor, and is matched with Hakata's thin, Hakata-style noodles.

It can now be easily prepared in a single pot. The "red ginger and pepper" topping gives the soup a more Hakata-style flavor. Ippudo has recreated the noodle texture that Ippudo seeks and added the richness of the base soup stock and soy sauce for a more authentic taste.

How to cook: 

1 Bring 400cc of water to the boil in a pot.

2 Drop the noodles in the boiling water and unravel. After cooking for 15-20 seconds, turn off the heat. Pour the Soup and Broth Concentrate and stir well.

3 Transfer the noodles and the soup from the pot into a serving bowl. Top with Shredded Red Pickled Ginger and Pepper, and garnish with herbs or other seasonings as desired before serving.
