Before being imported to the United States, Cordyceps from the Kingdom of Bhutan undergoes a meticulous manual preparation process carried out by members of ethnic minority tribes inhabiting the snow-capped Himalayan mountain range.
Specifically, the Cordyceps is cleansed using fresh spring water to remove impurities, then shade-dried to ensure its structural integrity and to fully preserve its incredibly valuable nutritional content.
Key Active Compounds:
The product contains high concentrations of precious bioactive nutrients, including:
* Cordycepin
* Adenosine
* Polysaccharides
* It also features a wealth of essential amino acids and natural trace elements, which work together to support recovery and comprehensively enhance overall health and vitality.
Usage Instructions:
Method 1: Direct Consumption
After cleaning, users may place the Cordyceps directly into their mouth, chew it thoroughly, and then drink some water. This method may not be suitable for everyone, as the texture is somewhat firm and the taste can be slightly fishy. Consume 1 to 3 pieces per day.
Method 2: Hot Water Infusion
Steep approximately 1 to 3 pieces of Cordyceps in a cup of hot water (60–80°C). Allow the water to cool down, then drink the liquid and consume the Cordyceps solids as well.
Method 3: Alcohol Infusion
Steep 10g of Cordyceps in 3 liters of white liquor (such as rice wine). Allow the mixture to steep for 30 days; after this period, consume 20ml daily.
Method 4: Cordyceps Porridge
This method is recommended for individuals who are ill or elderly and frail. Finely grind 1 to 3 pieces of Cordyceps and mix them into a bowl of porridge. Alternatively, the Cordyceps may be stewed together with other nutritious ingredients.
