Directions:
The extraction effect of red ginseng highly depends on extraction temperature and time. Boiling at the higher temperature for a long time will destroy the some contents of red ginseng. Therefore, it is properly to boil them at around 85 degree up to 24 hours. About 5 liters of water (based on 300g) is appropriate. It is recommended to store at the freezer during the summer season to have it as cold drink.
