Used in many Southeast Asian desserts, Toddy Palm Seeds come from the Palmyra Palm and have a clear appearance and a clear, jelly-like, crunchy texture. Aroy-D Palm’s Seeds pair harmoniously with other tropical fruits such as pineapple, mango, and jackfruit. Aroy-D Palm’s Seeds are soaked in a heavy syrup and can be drained and rinsed lightly before consuming.
