Still frozen and fresh. this is my second order for this fish.

I wanted to make a salmon head soup, so I decided to purchase a fish head from Weee. This is my first purchase of this product from Weee. It was about a pound; arrived packed in ice and frozen solid. It was fresh and lovely. There was a little bit of scales on the flaps, which I removed, along with the fins and gills. I washed with vinegar and salt, seasoned then added to my soup. The salmon head made a fantastic fish soup. I enjoyed it very much. I’m definitely going to repurpose as needed. 👍👍👍👍👍👍
