This natto is very delicious and I highly recommend it.

The sauce is made from organically grown soybeans, and the mustard is colored without artificial coloring, so it has a gentle color. I like small grains, but I felt that it was a little too soft for me. Since it was thawed, the texture can't be helped. The sauce was very delicious! If I could be greedy, I would like the mustard to be a little more pronounced. The soybeans are imported from the United States and made in Japan, so they are reverse imports. It must be difficult to find farmers in Japan who produce a certain amount of organic soybeans. Overall, the taste is good and I think it's great for people who are concerned about their health.
