I take a packet of Ban Lan Gen whenever I feel that tickle in my throat, the “getting sick” feeling, and usually by the next morning it clears up. This brand is a little less sweet than other brands but still tastes good. I like to add a little milk to mine and it tastes like a milk tea. Sometimes I’ll mix in like 1/3-1/2 a packet with milk for my kids when they have colds, and they don’t mind the taste!

we feel comfortable to have this during covid and winter flu season...it is heathy herbal tea...
