Fettucine. As in, fettucine alfredo pasta is the bomb. This thicker ribbon-like pasta is perfect with your favorite cream sauce and toppings. Or just butter. February 7th happens to be National Fetuccine Alfredo Day. But every day happens to be a good day to celebrate fettucine.
