Bohyang Dawon in Boseong has been run by the same family since 1937. The Choi Family, famous for their super-premium Organic Gold Tea, makes eight tea collections that are blends of organic green tea and organic black tea. We love all of their collections as each has its own unique, well-balanced flavor. The high humidity and widely ranging daily temperatures of Boseong makes it the most ideal tea growing climate in Korea. In this beautiful town, Bohyang Dawon has been growing tea for more than 80 years. In 1937, farmer Jaehyung Choi began planting tea trees with his son on a hill in Boseong. Now, Joonyong, a fifth generation Choi, carries on the tradition of his ancestors in producing one of the world’s best teas.
