Braised Chicken in Brown Sauce

Second time buying it, great flavor and good packaging

Came frozen and vacuum sealed, which was great. Mine didn't come as pictured though, I had 2 little tiny green peppers, but taste was good and fresh.

It came frozen with ice pack. Made in Queens, NY. Chicken is tender. No production date on the pack though. Taste good.

Pretty good. Tastes homemade and without artificial ingredients. 3.5 stars. But there were a couple of problems. First, it arrived completely frozen. We like frozen food, but this was sold as "fresh food" and priced as such. The storage temperature on label says 32-40 degrees fahrenheit. So I'm not sure what happened. We were planning to eat it same day but it took 2 days to defrost. Also, freezing and thawing caused the potato to have the wrong texture. The other problem was that the ingredients listed were not accurate to what was there. Our order was more like Chicken, potato, water, flavorings, shiitake, green pepper. So, more potato and we wished more of the other vegetables. The dish was tasty and not too fatty. The ingredients absorbed the gravy well. Anyone could make this at home with if they know how to use a pressure cooker. But I don't! So, would order again.
