First time buyer. Just received it 1 hour ago. On the bag it said Frozen Storage but when I opened the package, it was not frozen or cool anymore even it had a very small ice (?) pack inside (and my place is 5°F today). I was skeptical about the freshness of the soup so I tried to cook it immediately as the instructions. The smell of the soup is weird. It's smelled sour. I tasted it and it's really sour too. I don't know if the original taste was like that, or it's no good anymore, but it doesn't taste tasty. Kinda disappointed because I heard this soup supposed to taste really good.
