CCONMA has teamed up with Marinated Crab expert and artisan Chef Lee Hajung to create a mouthwatering soy sauce marinated crab dish with a spicy twist!  Infused with the bold flavors of Korea's renowned Cheongyang peppers, this new product is sure to satisfy your craving for a fiery culinary experience.

The sweet and spicy flavor, accompanied by the chewy texture of the crab meat, provides a clean and addictive taste that will leave your taste buds craving for more.

How To: 

1. Separate the crab shell and body
    
2. Remove the sandbag between the crab shells
    
3. Remove the gill chains on both sides of the crab body
    
4. Cut the crab body into half
    
5. Place the crab on a plate, pour soy sauce, and garnish with sesame seeds and green (Cheongyang) chili peppers. Enjoy!
    

*Don't throw away the leftover soy sauce! Instead, you can use it as a dipping sauce by filtering out impurities with a strainer, boiling it once, and then storing it after it cools. You can use it as a seasoning for various braised and stir-fried dishes or as a sauce for bibimbap, dumplings, and more!
