Tuna Steak Sesame seeds crusted with Indomie noodle…. Yummy!

It was a lil bit fishy as sashimi. I let it sit inside kelp for one day and diced it and made poke and was good. You have to do one extra step to make it yummy but with the price it’s worth it if you like poke or zuke (soaked in mirin:sake:soy:dashi)

Kinda small but hey can’t complain

Perfect affordable & shareable size for sashimi. My husband and I had sashimi as our appetizer. Serve over bed of cabbage with chili pepper soy sauce. Yum!

I was very positively surprised with the quality of the tuna! It was perfect for sushi and tartare!
