Ching's Secret Red Chili Sauce, 7 oz bottle

This chili sauce is a bright red, hot sauce which is made from chilies, vinegar, sugar and salt. It is sometimes used in cooking, but is most often used in China as a dipping sauce. It is also an excellent base for making the world-famous hot garlic sauce.
