Great for making wontons! Simply wring out the excess water, chop into bits and add into your wonton mix!

This shepherd’s purse made me very disappointed……can’t believe most of them look like trash after defrosting (referring to the picture, lots of short roots and dirty stems) I don’t recommend buying this one.
