The item which has arrived does not fit the description. It was either a mistake or false advertising. It was supposed to come with an inner ceramic shell and that was the main reason I chose this item. But this very item was missing in the package. Furthermore, attempts to have the item returned and refunded have fallen on deaf ears. I wonder if other customers have ever successfully returned any item or gotten a refund? Ever?
