I can't say for others, but it seems these work for me. The best is that they are small, easy to swallow, and I can take them with each meal.

The label says Calorie Limit for Adults, but the image shows Calorie Limit. What I actually received was the regular Calorie Limit shown in the image. Please correct this as it is confusing.

The more you eat, the fatter you are. I suspect that the above evaluation is a lie.

Use it when you are about to eat a lot for party, buffer, I have used it before, no feeling of weight gain
