Bowen's Series Buns & Steamed Buns
Using traditional sourdough fermentation techniques, our buns are naturally fermented, resulting in a rich wheat aroma and a chewy texture. Even after refrigeration or freezing, the dough remains fluffy and elastic when steamed or pan-fried again, without becoming soft or sticky.
Instructions for Use:
Steaming: Place in steamer once water boils, steam for 10 minutes.
Pan-frying: Heat a pan with a little oil, add 1/4 cup of water, and cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
Microwaving: Each steamed Buns is wrapped in a damp paper towel.and microwave for 20-30 seconds.
