Can’t wait to try this broth, I wish it was pre-cut, but I guess I can cut as much and as little as I want

Wayyyyyy too oily, like an atrocious amount of oil. To the point that it seemed like you were eating a tablespoon of oil with bite. And when I refrigerated my leftovers, every veggie and meat was completely covered with solid orange oil. It looked like I made a block of orange soap with food in it. I believe they added too much of a seed-like spice. It left an unpleasant perfume taste in your mouth and completely overpowered the flavor. and if you were unfortunate enough to actually eat one of these seeds in your food, you were hit with an explosion of unpleasant and intense flavor. I used a gigantic pot by the way so it wasn’t like I didn't add enough water. It's very spicy but i love spicy so that was pleasant to me personally. But honestly I would never recommend this to anyone. There are definitely other options I would choose that aren’t nearly as oily and have a more leveled flavor.

Wow! This soup base is very flavorful. The Sichuan flavor and spice level are strong, but the heat is addicting—you want to keep eating it. If you like spicy hot pot, try this soup base.
