Happy Elephant-Cooked Bloody Clam in Tamarind Sauce 14 온스

The taste is decent. I just can't understand why these clams wouldn't open though. I could open most of them, but some of them wouldn't open no matter what. It was a bit strange to me. Usually upon being cooked, the shells should split opened.
