ザルガイはまだ新鮮で歯ごたえがあっておいしく、タマリンド炒めは甘い味がします。

taste alright. the clams way to chewy for me also its a bit fishy. box came in cracks, most of the sauces are all over, mixed with defrosting water.

It leaks, I haven't opened it to see how they packed it but the smell of the sauce is all around when I took it out from the box. Not sure if it got thawed and leaked during delivery transportation OR manufacturing defect. 😐

タマリンド風味で、酸っぱすぎませんが、あまり長く加熱すると肉が硬くなってしまいます。

初めて購入したばかりでまだ試していないので良いか悪いか分かりませんが、開封前に箱が壊れていました。
