followed the recipe. a bit too watery following the instructions . even though thickened with corn starch.good level of spice. just a bit too oily . but could also he because I added more tofu to compensate for the saltiness

love Mapo Tofu and I have bought it from restaurants but never made it before. Can't wait to try it!
