The Roujiamo was out of stock so these looked appealing.

Used to make roujiamo from some left over pork belly from a restaurant. It was very easy to use. I put it in a pan with oil, and sprinkled some water on the side and covered to steam. 3/4 min on each side (adding more water when flipping) it was perfect

Well, prepared it by air fryer, crispy. But a bit dry inside. Guess better put lettuce and real bbq juicy meat inside
