How to use

Heat both the footbed and instep packs in the microwave for 3 minutes (turntable must rotate).

Slide the instep pack fully inside and unfold it properly.

Place your feet between the instep pack (top) and footbed pack (bottom).

Relax and enjoy the warmth.
 

Cold use (optional)

Place the pack in a zip bag and freeze for 30+ minutes before use.
 

Care & storage

Remove the inner packs and wash covers only. Hand wash gently with mild detergent (use a laundry net if machine washing).

Wash separately the first time (natural dye may bleed). Avoid dryer use.

For long-term storage (1 month+), store sealed in a zip bag in the freezer. For regular use, store in a dry, well-ventilated place.
