For more than 20 years, in addition to customer requests for commercialization, many companies have talked about joint development. However, it was difficult to realize a technology that could give shape to Ichiran's commitment, and it was not possible to make cup noodles with a satisfying taste. Even so, we repeated trial and error with the idea that we would like to meet the expectations of our customers someday.

As Ichiran, noodles, soup, and secret sauce cannot be compromised at all.

First of all, noodles. Generally, tonkotsu ramen cup noodles tend to emphasize the texture. The first noodles were dry and very powdery. It's Fukuoka-like noodles, but it's not like Ichiran ... "What is Ichiran-like noodles?", We re-examined the characteristics of our noodles and adjusted the smoothness, moistness and melting method of the noodles in the chewy texture, and made "Ichiran-like noodles". We have succeeded in developing.

Next, tonkotsu soup, which is the essence of Ichiran. It is important to produce a mouthfeel and rich flavor. You can feel the tonkotsu soup with your tongue if you use only powder, but the scent does not easily remain in the nasal cavity. As a result of repeating each research, I finally decided to "add both powder and liquid".

Also, the "secret sauce" that is associated with those noodles and soup. Developed a secret sauce that matches the cup noodles. In Ichiran, only four secret sauce craftsmen repeated trial and error, and in consideration of compatibility with noodles and soup, we succeeded in commercializing a special "secret sauce" exclusively for this cup noodle.

With this background, "Ichiran Tonkotsu" was born, which is full of Ichiran's commitment and corporate secrets.
