Anchovy-flavored dried sardine oil pickle
This is an oil pickle made with domestically produced dried sardines, based on the umami of anchovies and the flavor of sesame oil.
While preserving the texture of the sardines, the addition of garlic and white sesame seeds creates a rich and flavorful taste.
