Texture was good but really had no flavor so I added soy bean powder and sugar and that helped. Overall, was good, but not my favorite.

I throw it in the oven until it puffs up and then I put it in soup. The crunchy part and the sticky chewy part that soaks up the broth is a wonderful texture experience. Great on their own or in dishes.
