Description
Forest-grown shiitake mushroom that grows only with the nutrients of raw wood and the moisture of rainwater and fog in a cool and refreshing forest. It is cultivated outdoors as a raw wood such as oak trees, which are famous for producing sweet sap.
The Shiitake Stem package contains the stem part of the shiitake with the hard section cut off on both ends making it easier to use.
