ボイルしてあるのでそのまま使え、アワビの出汁も出て柔らかくて美味しかったです。ただ、とこぶしぐらいの大きさかと思ったら指の第一関節ぐらいの大きさで、炊くとさらに小さくなり小さな入れ物に全部入ってしまいました。アワビごはんやお粥などの方がよく合うと思います。

28 pcs inside, very very small. Haven’t try yet, just opened and see what the size of it. For that price, I recommend buy the big one instead of the small size.
