It's alright. I got this because it was cheap and had a good review. This noodle isn't doing for me. Needs more flavor and texture. It's too soft and thin in my opinion. But that's OK because it is such a good value.

This noodle cooks pretty fast as it is thin. It is not soggy and is great as a cold dish or hot noodle soup.

First time buying this and I love it! Very easy to cook and super delicious! Highly recommended.
