Dashi and dashi pack from Kuzefuku Shoten.
Based on the special bonito flakes and bonito flakes smoked in Yaizu, Shizuoka, a well-balanced blend of mackerel flakes, dried sardines, grilled chin, and Hidaka kelp.

You can also use it as a seasoning by tearing the pouch and taking out the contents.

Our Traditional Umami Dashi is a soup broth and seasoning which accentuates the umami flavor found in its carefully selected ingredients. Used simply as a soup broth, or as a seasoning in other dishes such as steak or pasta, our Dashi adds a rich, savory flavor to your favorite recipe.

How to use DASHI

【Basic soup stock】 
Put one soup stock in 400 ml of water and heat it. When it boils, simmer over low heat for 3 minutes and remove the dashi pack. You can get a dashi stock that goes well with any dish.

【Application】
It can also be used as a seasoning for sprinkles and stir-fried foods by tearing the bag.
