The broken bag was patched with clear tape. How could you sell the faulty item? Also, the blue ink was all over the back of the bag. Very disappointed. Hopefully, the customer service will provide the refund.

I previously ordered Uonuma Koshihikari, and I found the grains to be larger and sweeter than this Kagayaki rice. It was more flavorful and overall more enjoyable.
