It primarily uses Tago's honkarebushi (dried dried bonito flakes) roasted using the hand-kiln roasting method and Yaizu-produced arabushi (dried dried bonito flakes). It also contains a balanced blend of Hokkaido Rausu kelp, Miyazaki shiitake mushrooms, Yakushima mackerel karebushi, and Kyushu-produced grilled flying fish, resulting in a refined, deep flavor. Simply add one 8g packet to approximately 2 cups (400ml) of water and simmer for 3-5 minutes to create authentic dashi.
