It smells really off

When this item arrived, there was already a strong smell from the frozen package. I thawed it overnight in the fridge and it stank up my fridge. I ended up throwing the meat away.

I usually buy the skinless version but it was out of stock so I bought this one instead. The chicken legs are different sizes, which works for me because the smaller pieces are perfect for individual lunch portions, and the bigger ones are good for family dinner.
