These glass noodles are so delicious and easy to "cook" I just boil water, turn off heat and toss the glass noodles in to soak and add it to whatever dish I make.

Made braised cabbage and bean threads soup

Good for making hotpot, putting in my egg roll or stir fry

Finally, I’m in the mood to cook this vermicelli bean thread noodles with LIGO sardines. I added some veggies and of course, KIKKOMAN shoyu for flavor 😋 YUMMY‼️
