Authentic flavor. I wish the meat could be a little fatter so it dies not feel too dry. Overall pretty good.

There are 3 nearly identical options on this app. All pork flavors. Compared to the Shanghai one (which was heavy on the star anise flavor), this one is mild. There are occasional bits where you can taste some onion flavoring which is nice. It's good but I still think the salted egg one is the best for the variety of fillings.
