Ingredients:
Mazhu rice noodles (desired amount)
Water
Optional toppings or seasonings (sliced meat, vegetables, eggs, etc.)
Steps:
1. Boil water: Add enough water to a pot and bring it to a boil.
2. Add the rice noodles: Gently place the noodles into the boiling water and use chopsticks to loosen them.
3. Cook until tender: Simmer over medium heat for 3–5 minutes (depending on noodle thickness) until the noodles are soft and slightly translucent.
4. Rinse with cold water (optional): If using for stir-fry or cold dishes, drain and rinse with cold water to prevent sticking.
5. Prepare the dish: Add the noodles to a soup or stir-fry with vegetables and meat, season to taste, and enjoy.
