I've tried other fatty broth noodles before, but not this particular brand. The soup flavor is very deep, as you can expect from all of the ingredient packs included. I was kind of surprised and scared at the ghost pepper chili, so I only added a few sprinkles (1/4 pack?), but I actually couldn't really taste the spice. I could've maybe added the whole pack without issue, but wanted to actually taste the noodles and soup. I liked the bean sprouts, but wish there could've been more noodles to go with the soup. I had ended up adding more water as I cooked it, because the soup looked so rich and thick, but in the end, looked like there was too much soup and no noodles. I plan to reuse the soup to cook noodles in once more, as I stock up on the white rice noodle sticks for this exact reason. It seems like such a waste to dump the broth after just one use, especially when there weren't very many noodles. I don't drink the broth, because of all the fat/oil and sodium, but this one actually has somewhat reasonable sodium that is not 100+%!
