I asked for mild. But it was so excruciatingly hot that I tried to dilute it with some soup and put it 1/4 Mapu tofu with 3/4 soup. It was still spicy hot and inedible. I had to throw out both of my orders. If this is supposed to be mild, then I wonder what hot is.

Nice rich broth...fat bubbling to the surface with the many spices...Has a more herbal taste which is highly pleasant, with soft silky tofu brewed with a meaty and spicy numbness. Pair with the xi an cold noodles or jelly noodles...so good!!! Brimming with tofu!!!
