Easy side dish !

Bought 3 brands of pork Shanghai . The one from Martin pure foods ( on the left side of baking pan ) is my fave . There were 32 bite sized pieces , did not absorb as much oil as the other brand when deep fried from frozen . Air fried for a few minutes to complete the cooking process . Tastes good and reasonably priced . Will buy again if on sale
