So on a recent Top Chef episode, there was a pizza challenge at a beautiful vineyard in Canada. One chef served his pizza with an anchovy ranch dressing. This inspired me to use this fish sauce on a creamy dressing and not bad at all.

Didn’t know it was artificial favor, Had I known, wouldn’t ordered it.

This type of nuoc mam is soooo good! Made a jar of seasoned fish sauce and already half gone!! Will buy again!
