This miso brand is a household staple. Its one of the best tasting brands out of a few we have tried. We use it to make soups and marinade for chilean sea bass and black cod.

I got it for a stock since it's on sale, even though I'm still using the one from previously purchased.
This Miso is very mild and much less salty
