The fish is fatty and meaty. The meat tasted a little sour. Not sure if that’s how it’s supposed to taste like.

It’s tender and fat (full of omega 3 😊). Love it.

Not sure if I received a bad package but the fish did not taste fresh, tasted moldy. I had to toss my entire soup dish. Will not repurchase.
