パイ生地はパリパリで美味しいです。 クリームはしっかりとした甘さを感じました。

大きくて良いのですか、届いたときからパイ生地がボロボロで中のクリームが少なくて残念でした。もっとクリーム感が欲しいです。

Used to like it from this bakery. It is disappointing this time, I barely feel there is cream inside when taste it.

Texture of the pastry itself was flakey and not bad. The cream filling was a bit too dense and too sweet. You could also taste the gritty sugar granules while eating it (guessing they didn't use confectioner's sugar). The cream is also quite dense and tastes like the one they use for their cream bun (奶油包). A lighter cream would have suited this better. Overall, it was pretty average and I didn't feel compelled to finish it. Wouldn't repurchase.
