Nature’s Soy Extra Silken Tofu is rich in flavor and gives you the creamiest, smoothest, and finest texture. Extra Silken tofu is never pressed, which makes it very soft and delicate.
It’s perfect for smoothies, dessert, dressings or Sundubu Jjigae.
Tofu was good to make ma-po. There are so many brands of tofu, you can even make it yourself also. But for the price and without the effort, economies of scale tells me to just buy the tofu.
This brand is particularly good, has a fresh smell and the texture was soft but didn’t crumble and fall apart when I was cooking (fold when you make mapo tofu). Surprising since it says extra silken. Will likely get it again.
