This snakehead fish slices are very convenient. They arrived frozen. I washed them and gave them a few rinses. The fish is thinly sliced. There are tiny bones in between the slices. 훠궈를 먹을 때 조제분유 한 봉지를 넣었는데, 생선에 뼈가 남아 있어서 적합하지 않았어요.

뼈가 있어요! 많은 조각에 뼈가 붙어 있어요! 생선 조각에도 뼈가 있어요.

📌 아주 부드럽고 연하며, 물컹거리지 않고 비린내도 나지 않지만, 생선 가시가 몇 개 있습니다.
