Bought this on sale. I seasoned and pan fried it . It’s a tasty dish . Dipped in spiced vinegar, the greasy taste is cut out. Goes well with steamed rice and veggies. I will repurchase when it goes on sale again.

I love this milkfish belly by Oceankist. You get 2 in a pack and it’s individually wrapped. You can prepare a quick meal out of this fish belly. I made sinigang not the traditional way coz I just use whatever vegetables I have on hand without going out to the store….still came out pretty good.
