Bigger than I expected

Authentic Japanese dessert. Just the right amount of sweetness. It goes perfectly with green tea.

It was a lot sweeter than I expected. Yummy, but too sweet for me. A few chunks of fruit, a sugar syrup, with jelly cubes and anko. I’d recommend adding more fresh fruit to help cut the sweetness.
