METHOD: Mix the Deokhwa pollack roe, sesame oil, seaweed flakes, egg yolks, and minced green onions on top of the rice. 

Tip: It's delicious with a little bit of spicy gochujang!

Method: Steaming a spoonful of pollack roe in egg water

Tip: Crush the pollack and spread evenly.
