She has imprinted her great passion for Korean Royal Court cuisine, along with her renowned style and sense of humor, to bring to life this uniquely trendy yet still traditional rice cake set. 

With her expert knowledge of Korean cuisine, having earned a National Culinary Certification and operating Korean restaurants for years, each flavor is thoughtfully designed with just the right amount of sweetness, chewiness, and texture. Tips: 
 

  • Storage method: frozen storage
  • Keep frozen upon receiving. 
  • Defrost naturally at room temperature for about 30 minutes. 
  • Steaming/Defrosting in microwave turn rice cakes droopy and deflated.

Maybe it's because it's the first rice cake with bean paste in it that I've eaten in almost two years since coming to the US... I was just trying to taste it, so I peeled and ate several of them. I like it because it’s not too sweet and it’s chewy!
